- 1.5 oz Royale Montaine
- 1 oz bourbon
- 4 dashes aromatic bitters
- Add all ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir. Serve over ice, garnish with expressed orange peel.

- 2 oz Royale Montaine
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- Add all ingredients to ice filled tin and shake until cold. Strain into coupe glass.

- 1 oz club soda
